Martial Arts at TTF is an enjoyable and empowering way to learn self-defense. We offer Martial Arts classes for ages 5 through adult. Our oldest student is 75 years old!
Little Tigers is a martial arts class for kids as young as 5. Classes provide a fun approach to training and life skills that enable them to achieve their goals. We heavily focus on aligning the mind, body, and spirit. We often see kids adapting better to school and home life with positive effects on academic work and listening skills.
Our teen and adult martial arts classes strongly focus on conditioning the mind, body, and spirit. Regardless of age or fitness level, everyone can benefit from martial arts.
Mentally, students will develop the ability to concentrate and stay focused on goals outside of training.
Physically, students learn the valuable skill of self-defense while becoming healthier, happier, and more confident in their fitness abilities.
Spiritually, students are taught to have better control over emotions and find endless value in the connection between the internal learning process and the physical execution of training.
Some of our students have been training with us for over twenty years and frequently say that martial arts is the one thing that has helped them through challenging seasons of life. Strengthening your body and mind is the most rewarding thing you can do for yourself at any stage of life.
